Off to the Mountains!

Hey, things have been crazy with Christmas and the bathroom remodel and getting ready for our vacation trip! I took Cmas eve & day off from the diet but I’m right back on track today. Weighed in this morning at 242, so my lovely stall is still in effect (22 days and counting, LOL). At least I didn’t gain a buncha weight over the last two days so I’m hoping it will be followed then (logically) with a loss. Finally. I hope. We’re leaving soon for North Carolina - and there’s no internet

Why Bodybuilders Hate Turbulence Training

Bodybuilders are not a fan of Turbulence Training. I don’t know why, but for some reason getting a workout done in less than 45 minutes really ticks them off. Personal Progress: Down 2lbs This Week!

Hey all, what a week last week trying to get back into weight loss mode and eating healthy again. I had some struggles like trying not to eat late at night. Man! It was had, because I was getting hungry so fast because my body was used to eating whatever it wanted whenever. So, the hungry was expected. So the rumors flying last week…. yeah, not true. From what I understand happened is our COO had to lay off his cousin on Wednesday night. To make him feel a little better he told him “Hey, I may not be here in 2 weeks.” That got turned into “no one will be here in 2 weeks” when the guy laid off said good bye to everyone.
